Re-seat the connector, then ask the on-site team for help. If you started in the VoltUp app, note the time and bay number.
Connector or adapter compatibility
Every charger has native CCS2. Our team carries adapters for GB/T, CCS1 and Tesla (NACS) cars, so most EVs on UAE roads can charge with us. CHAdeMO is not supported. WhatsApp us to confirm your car before you come.
Station busy or temporarily unavailable
The site is open 24/7, but access can be affected by temporary faults, maintenance, queues or closures.
