Arrive and park in a covered bay
Enter from 22B Street 25, Umm Ramool. Follow the bay markings and leave room for the connector.
Check your connector
CCS2 connects directly. For GB/T, CCS1 or Tesla (NACS), ask the on-site team for an adapter before connecting.
Start your session
Start charging in the VoltUp app, or ask the on-site team for help.
Wait in comfort, then finish
Use the waiting area, prayer room and facilities. Stop the session, return the connector and unpark.
